General
What makes Purely Electric different from a regular auto shop?
We only work on electric vehicles. Every tool, technician, and process is built for EVs — not split between EVs and gas cars.
Do you only work on Teslas?
No. We service most major EV brands, including Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, and Nissan.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend it — the fastest way is our online form, and we’ll follow up to confirm.
Service & Repair
Can you service my EV if it’s still under manufacturer warranty?
Yes. Using an independent specialist for maintenance and repairs generally does not void your factory warranty.
Do EVs need routine maintenance?
Yes — tires, brakes, cabin filters, fluids, and multi-point inspections still matter. EVs need less than gas cars, but not none.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the issue and parts, but we aim to diagnose quickly and keep you informed throughout.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes. Our warranty states that parts and labor are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Do you handle collision and body work?
Yes — see our Body & Collision service, including structural repair, glass, paint, and sensor recalibration.
Battery & Charging
Can you check my EV’s battery health?
Yes. We perform state-of-health testing so you understand your battery’s real condition — useful for peace of mind or before selling.
Do you replace EV batteries?
Yes — from module-level service to full pack replacement and upgrades. See Tesla Battery Replacement.
Can you help with charging problems?
Yes — we diagnose onboard charger, charge-port, and charging-fault issues.
Buying & Financing
Do you sell EVs too?
Yes — browse our current inventory. We’re a specialist EV dealer as well as a service shop.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — see financing options for your EV purchase.
